CRM Junior Analyst

As a CRM Junior Analyst you will take part in choosing the right technology or application about CRM B2B and B2C, based on their requirements and the business goals they want to achieve. You will develop projects in Salesforce or other CRM applications/platforms based on business requirements and follows all end-to-end delivery processes related to CRM.

• CRM Applications Management
• Salesforce managements and development activities
• Ticketing system vendor (Vivaticket) quality assurance
• Support for B2B and B2C applications/platforms projects related or integrated with CRM
• Data Import/Export/Report
• Day by day trouble tickets analysis and resolution

• At least 4 years of experience in CRM products, as Developer/Business Analyst/Consultant
• Good knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service cloud modules (others are a plus)
• Good experience across entire IT project life cycle, from analysis and design of the solutions to implementation and support
• Good knowledge of Data models and stored procedures
• Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure
• Business oriented approach
• Good communication skills and teamworking
• English language at B2 level or above is required (both written and spoken)
